Women’s Wellness is a small private practice with a special interest in perimenopause and menopause. This means, Dawn is dedicated to preventing future chronic health conditions and applying knowledge to complete preventive care for women’s wellness. This involves looking at the whole person and including all aspects of healthcare and your lifestyle.
Dawn will take time to listen to you, discuss your symptoms and offer a comprehensive treatment plan, tailored to your needs and preferences, with shared decision making. Treatment is based on the latest evidence for living a healthy happy menopausal lifestyle.

Founded by Dawn Woods, Nurse Practitioner
A Nurse Practitioner with a focus on perimenopause and menopause, whom holds a Confidence in the Menopause certificate with Newson Health Research and Education. Dawn is passionate about improving womens future health and preventing chronic health conditions that can impact daily on a womens life.
After working over a decade in Primary Health Care, Dawn would like to see changes in this area of health care. Aiming to improve awareness and educating on perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and the efficacy and safety of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to patients and healthcare professionals.
