Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment.
When booking you’re face to face initial appointment, you will be required to pay in full and asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy.
When booking your virtual (Not a Phone Call) initial appointment you will be required to pay the full amount or if you are using your paid Health Care membership plan to cover your consultation cost, choose the membership option. A link will be sent to your phone the day before or the day of your appointment.
We also have payment plans available in clinic.
This is also to hold your appointment for you, however, if you cancel within 24hrs or do not contact the practice, you will forfeit your booking payment.
We are a small Private Practice we put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.
