Cancellation policy

Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment.

When booking you’re face to face initial appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy. Required payment towards your consultation fee and the remaining amount will be paid on the day of your consultation.

When booking your virtual initial appointment you will be required to either pay the full amount or if you are using your paid Health Care membership plan to cover your consultation cost, choose the membership option, you will be required to pay a fee to hold your booking.

 We also have payment plans available in clinic.

This is also to hold your booking for you, however, if you cancel within 24hrs you will forfeit your booking deposit.

We are a small Private Practice we put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.
